Not only was I impressed with how disarming, genuine and authentic Guy Hammond is in sharing his story in his own uniquely vulnerable way but also how he is distinctly able to reach such a wide, multi-generational, culturally diverse audience with his captivating, convicted style of communication and brave, grace-filled way of dealing with such a tough, uncomfortable subject for most.

In a climate of sexual debate and hostility, “Finding Guy” tells a moving personal story about how same-sex attraction is not the end of the story.
LaGard Smith

Author and Lecturer, Nashville, TN

Guy Hammond rejects the churchy temptation to damn and alienate; he refuses the cultural temptation to bargain away Christian ethics and lifestyle. Instead, he discusses the sensitive matter of personal identity around the more fundamental issues of dignity, kindness, and respect. There is neither bashing nor heresy, neither homophobia nor compromise. Finding Guy offers Jesus as the key to authentic personhood in a way that invites discussion and understanding.
Rubel Shelly

Professor of Philosophy & Religion, Lipscomb University, Nashville, TN

Guy Hammond’s compelling personal story not only inspires but provides real hope to anyone who seeks to sincerely follow Jesus in every area of life, including their sexuality. The clear and timeless Biblical foundations established in Finding Guy enable timely application in the life of any individual, in families facing real life challenges and in Christian congregations seeking to reflect the fullness of both grace and truth.
David E. Hazzard

General Secretary Treasurer, Pentalcostal Assemblies of Canada
